These Website Terms of Use apply to the public marketing website operated by The Farm System LLC (“The Farm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) in Macomb County, Michigan. Use the website lawfully and in accordance with these terms. These terms are not a participation waiver, medical consent, or program registration agreement.

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, or misrepresent your identity or authority. Provide accurate information relevant to your inquiry or registration.

An adult submitting information about a youth participant must have appropriate parental, guardian, or other authorization. Coaches and team representatives must have authority to act for the team or organization and to provide information about others. A team inquiry does not establish authority over every participant or guardian.

Program information and registration

Program descriptions, pricing, dates, sessions, locations, availability, and other informational details may change. Confirm applicable details and program-specific requirements before committing to participate.

An inquiry, interest-list submission, or registration request does not by itself guarantee acceptance, registration confirmation, a roster position, or placement in a particular team, division, or session.

Separate program and payment terms

Participation may require separate program-specific agreements, waivers, eligibility checks, consents, and payment or refund terms. Review those documents and the applicable checkout or invoice details. These general website terms do not replace them.

Using this website or submitting an inquiry or form does not, by itself, authorize recurring payments. Any recurring-payment arrangement requires separate applicable disclosures and authorization. These terms do not create a refund policy or alter an agreed program payment arrangement.

Intellectual property

Website text, branding, graphics, photographs, and other materials may be protected by intellectual property rights belonging to The Farm or their respective owners. You may view the website for personal or authorized team-related informational use.
